Ingredients:
500g Mutton, 6 tablespoon oil (80ml). 2 medium onions for paste, medium piece of sliced dry coconut (approx 35g). 12 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, I tablespoon poppy seeds, sma bowl of fresh coriander, 2-3 medium spicy green chilli, 25g Sawai Saoji Mutton Rassa Masala entire packet, 4 cups (800ml) water, salt to taste.

Method for preparation of paste: Roast coconut and onion till black, also roast poppy seeds till brown & grind fine with fresh coriander green chilli and garlic-ginger.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker add above paste & cook till oil separates, add 25g Sawai Saoji Masala entire packet, saute well, add mutton and cook for 5 mins, add water & salt to taste and cook for 4-5 whistles (approx 10-12min).
- Turn off gas remove whistle serve hot with bhakari, chāpati or rice.
