Method of Preparation
1. Mix the entire pack of Sawai Watan with 2 table spoon water and keep aside
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker or wok, add above watan and sauté for 1 minute
3. Add Masala, little salt and vegetables or non-veg as per your choice and mix well. Add 3 cups of water and cook for 10-15 minutes
Note: cooking time varies as per veg/non-veg dish. 1 cup = 200 ml. (Sawai Watan is slightly salted)
